Amazing
The room was clean and beautiful, the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooftop swimming pool is really cool.
The breakfast was bad, but one of the team member explained me, that is not the part of their company, they are working on it.

What was the highlight of The Gallery By Sercotel
Great stay in a nice location
New and well equipped hotel. Had large and comfortable bed, kitchen with utensils (not used them, but looked well equipped), large balcony where you can relax. The room had both an air conditioner and a fan. Elevator and some common spaces that could be used if larger group. Close to restaurants and a beach (10 minutes walking). Swimming pool both at ground floor and on the roof (but water was cold for me - probably because it was December)
The door to the room was not sound proofed, so if you are a light sleeper you can occasionally hear people talking loud (or shouting). The balcony door was better insulated, but you could still hear some noise coming from the pool.

besides the small things the stay was great
Close to shopping street. Not too far to the beach. Polite and helpful staff. Nice pool area. Very modern apartment with nice beds we really liked the rooms. Loved the drinks in the poolbar made by the girl in very long hair. Best drinks in all Mexico!
Unfortunately we got our rooms next to a very street with heavy traffic and boring view. I would appricated that necessities are available and refilled in the rooms. It is a small cost for you but means a lot for guests to not have to buy soap, dish cloth, dish soap, salt etc. We asked the cleaning lady for soap but we only got it in one of the rooms. Cleaning could be better, they never brushed or cleaned the floor for a whole week.

Nice hotel but too expensive for the service provided
One of the ladies working at the reception was exceptional. She was really helpful and always smiley and polite. Provided great service. The location is great for everywhere within PDC. Swimming pools, both of them, were superb and never too busy. Excellent place to relax in , what is, a very busy and crowded town.
I had to move the rooms as the AC didn't work in the first one. Normally, guests would have been offered some help with moving their stuff - I wasn't. Having to move everything late at night after having unpacked was quite inconvenient. Room was not cleaned during my stay.
