Hermoso hotel, precio muy caro por los pocos servicios ofrecidos.
La pileta es preciosa....el diseño del lugar muy lindo. De todos modos prefiero un lugar con precio más acordé a lo que verdaderamente ofrecen. Con todas las cosas que hay para hacer en playa del Carmen la pileta la usamos solo un día.
Siempre se olvidan de darnos el cupón de desayuno y debíamos volver a buscarlo debido a que no se desayuna en el hotel si no en un bar que está a la vuelta (detalle que no está especificado en la página). El personal del bar tiene poca idea de lo que vende, no sabe explicar cuáles son los ingredientes de la comida (que para un extranjero es desconocida), no hay mucha variedad y tardan demasiado en hacerlo. Hasta media hora esperando un jugo de naranja. Por otro lado ofrecen mucho pero tienen poco...porque el hotel es medianamente nuevo....entonces el bar en el agua no existe....el spa tampoco.... el cine no funciona. Por último..las excursiones que venden son mucho más caras que lo que se puede conseguir fuera de él.

Es un Aparthotel correcto, pero no tiene servicios para el cliente/huésped. No hay restaurante, cafetera, bar, máquinas expendedoras comidas,....

Una estancia genial!!
Nos gusto todo!! Las piscinas geniales, la habitación súper completa, la cama cómodisima, y el baño súper amplio con una ducha de 10! El personal de recepción súper amable, nos facilitaron lugares para comer fuera de la zona turística y el transfer para el aeropuerto.
Por poner algún pero, al ser el hotel nuevo supongo que la zona de desayuno no estaba muy completa.. pero no es problema ya que hay mil Sitios para desayunar en los alrededores del hotel.
